Mountain Mahogany

Mountain Mahogany (Cercocarpus betuloides), actually apart of the rose family, is a tall, evergreen shrub that grows 15ft tall and 10ft wide. Gourgous Yellow flowers adorn this shrub from Winter to Spring which makes it great for hungry winter pollinators like hummingbirds and bees.

You will find that C. betuloides can withstand partial shade to full sun and it grows quickly in a variety of soils. The shrub will also withstand heavy pruning or even cut-back for new growth.
